The airline offers two classes of services: Economy and Premium Economy. Premium Economy tickets are fully refundable and the passengers can use the VIP lounges in airports. Meals are also included in the ticket. Two carry on can be brought on board. Economy passengers also have the meals included in the ticket but can only bring one carry on.
