Jordan is a country in the Middle East, famous for the interesting Petra, one of the new 7 Wonders. Queen Alia International Airport (IATA: AMM) is Jordan’s largest airport that is situated in Zizya area, 16 km south of the capital, Amman. It is the home hub of Royal Jordanian Airlines, the national flag carrier, as well as being a major hub for Jazeera Airways and Jordan Aviation. The capital city of Amman is a great base for exploring the country and offers quiet a lot of interesting things to visit. You shouldn’t miss checking out the Roman Theatre and the Citadel, containing the Temple of Herakles, Ummayad Palace and a Byzantine Church, among other interesting places.
