Find the cheapest flight to Ontario
The primary airport serving the Canadian province of Ontario is Toronto Pearson International Airport (airport code YYZ), or Pearson Airport, which is a little less than 30 km from Toronto’s city center and is the busiest airport in Canada. Toronto’s airport is the main hub for Air Canada and also a major hub for WestJet. The airport is currently made up of two terminals, but Terminal 2 is being torn down (it will eventually become an aircraft parking lot) and Terminal 1 will eventually be used for both domestic and international flights.
A complete list of the airlines serving Pearson Airport is here. You can track arrivals here and departures here. You will find terminal maps here to help you get around the airport. Your dining options are listed here and shops are listed here. To treat yourself to a shoe shine or a manicure, check out where those services are located here. There is a luggage storage at each location of The Travel Store before the security gates. Your ground transportation choices are listed here, and the car rental agencies serving Pearson Airport are here. You will also find driving directions here.
More Information on Ontario
Ontario is Canada’s most populated province. The Canadian capital of Ottawa is in Ontario (did you know Ottawa was the capital?), as is the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Ontario’s capital and biggest city of Toronto is one of the main reasons to visit this province, as it is a fantastic cosmopolitan city to spend some time in, but it is by no means the only reason to visit. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep any adventurer happy, and if you must see Niagara Falls you might as well see it from the Canadian side.
